hey people.
i heard that some of the sec 1s had been skipping trainings for the last week or so... as you all know, one is required to train at least 4 times a week. if you train then number of days coach told you to, then keep it up. :) 4 times a week is not really very tedious because if you think of your dear sec 3s and 4s, they have afternoon lessons everyday but they train 6 days a week. for those who think you are really short of time, you should do some proper time management. after a month or so, youwill need to start training harder, and i predict coach will ask you to train like 5 times a week, maybe 6. thus you need to be prepared for what's ahead of you. when you have a lot of tests in a short span of time, (i mean like 3 or 4 tests over 2 days or say 2 tests in a day), you can actually ask coach if you could not train and study hard for your tests. afterall, coach is not unreasonable. and if you have something on, can you please inform coach about it. even if it's on the day itself, just sms him or something. he doesn't like people not training without him being informed. you all should really train as much as possible because your team mates need you. you cannot be so irresponsible as to skip training and slack at home playing dota or something when your teammate is training very hard. furthermore, training together will actually make your batch more bonded, just like the sec 3 batch. being deeply bonded actually makes training better because you know you are not the only one in this pile of shit, having to train everyday. your teammates are with you all the time and they will always be with you 5 years down the road until you graduate from JC. and many of you will surely know what's "reap what you sow". if you guys work hard now, you will get your reward next year during the nationals. i hope to see some records being broken. :D
i feel like i'm writing an essay. wtf.
ok. for those who have shot nationals and weren't very pleased with their results, i've got a motivational video screened during sec 2 lvl assemby. this video truly brings out what's the meaning of perseverance and our famous shcool motto 自强不息. it's in our blood and we all know it. i hope you can hang in there and learn to pick up from where you fell and work even harder to do us proud next year. remember that you'll always have your teammates' support. those who have yet to shoot nationals, i wish you all the best. make hciarc proud.
