Btw u all got dumbbells at home pls use ur dumbbells. Coach complain u all too weak can't do pumping. No dumbbells use 1 litre water bottle. Pistol try to like hold ur dumbbell/water bottle and then hold like its ur pistol for as long as u can. Do it when ur free everyday
