Haha okay i'll be posting ur pt schedule here so u all will be mentally prepared...
Mondays : 4 sets of 25 pushups or 5 sets of 5 mins pumping position
Tuesdays : Running stairs 6 laps in 10 mins n 25 pushups
Wednesday : Pistol endurance training and rifle 4 sets of 25 pushups
Thursday: 40 situps x 2 and running stairs 3 laps and 25 pushups
Friday : Run 3 rounds around sch. Do pushups according to ur speed.
thats all unless u all want come for sat training
in that case:
Sat (IRONMAN TRAINING): Run 10 laps, pump 100 x 2 and sit ups 100 with weights...
Then go pool swim until u vomit
Okay whatever and in case u all never take down our numbers...
