Ok guys.. so here are some general information regarding the club chalet we are going to have.. please spend a little more time reading it (:
Date : 2nd to 3rd December ( tuesday to wednesday )
Venue: NSRCC country club, 10 Changi Coast Walk, Singapore 499739
Purpose: Sec 4 shooters' "graduation" celebration
note: the BBQ is going to be held on the first day's night.
So here are some adminstrative matters that concerns every single one of you cute little numbskulls o.o.
1. Attendence
So basically, the attendence taking is already done, special thanks to Wesley and Xinxi!

2. Chalet
We have managed to get a pool-side chalet despite last minute difficulties thanks to James :)
Cost: $278 ( 2 days 1 night )
So.. each person is to pay $10 for the Chalet

3. Food
We have also managed to Pre-order the food that we are going to use for the BBQ thanks to Dominic (:
Cost:205.95
So.. each person is to pay $7:50 for the Food that we are going to have for the BBQ

4. Money Collecting
The ExCo members mentioned above have willingly paid from their own pockets first, so please do pay them AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
Please pay:
$10 to James BY THIS FRIDAY (28th November 2008)
and $7:50 to dominic BY THIS FRIDAY as well (28 November 2008)
-Please try to bring the exact amount such that collection would be much easier and thus, efficient :)

SO.. i bet all of you want to have fun during this chalet right? :)
heres the forms of entertainment we are going to get.
OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT:
1. Pool ( available at chalet )
2. Arcade ( available at chalet )
3. Soccer ( court available, Ryo to bring soccer ball )
4. Basketball ( court available ) SOMEONE TO BRING!
5. Cycling ( bikes available for rental )
INDOORS ENTERTAINMENT:
1. MOVIES! ( dvd player available ) PEOPLE TO PROVIDE DVDS!
2. Mahjong ( table available DUH! ) SOMEONE TO BRING!
3. XBOX ( to be brought by Kenneth )
4. Cards ( around 4 packs, by Exco )
OTHER EVENTS:
1.BBQ ( on first night )
2.SENIOR TALK by seniors.. DUH!
3. Called back for training on 2nd day ( 99.99% chance )
