rmb to do ur fang1 an4 n go through it b4 ur comp, n coach asked me to remind u guys to remove all the old pellets from ur pellet box and replace them wif new ones. other than dat, jus do wad u guys haf always been doing in training, rmb wad coach has told u, and most imptly, go out dere n enjoy urselves=)

the end point doesn't really matter, its the journey dat counts. jus rmb dat u guys haf been great n haf worked hard for a year. so take dis comp as an experience, it will be an eye opener, i can guarantee u. yeap, dats bout it, good luck!!
