This message is targeted at our cute new sec 1 juniors!
Ok.. so lets get the the main topic. I have noticed that a lot of our sec 1's have been quite reluctant to do PT after training reason being that you guys are too tired or dont find a reason in doing so.
SO...... let me tell you the benefits! :D
1. It makes you strong and healthy, you know what i mean when u get gold for NAPFA. ( or maybe when girls like your smexy body? :D )
2. our PTs are concentrated on various aspects that will help u own in shooting.
3. During training you're not allowed to talk, so PT is the BEST TIME to communicate and socialise with your clubmates, including seniors.
4. We all love HCI and want to win medals for it right? :)
so...instead of trying to run away for PT and stuff, why not be enthusiastic and look forward to this "enjoyable event" like wei xuan? ( you guys are going to do it anyways MWAHAHHAH.)
