guys, in light of today's incident, i haf many tings to say to u guys.
well, obviously in a team, dere shudden be ppl quarelling. i would not want to comment on whose fault dis is. jus lemme speak bout wad i feel bout our club rite now.
i see u guys joke, play, haf fun, yea dats alrite. but dere has to come a point when u guys shud be serious. i've seen u guys tease chin kiat. if ur jus joking n playing for a while, well yea den its ok. but i tink dat u guys haf gone a bit too far and to be on the receiving end of all this shit u all are giving him is not a laughing matter. in fact, it is shit to be treated by ur juniors dis way. u guys can joke wif ur seniors but dere is a line which u guys cant cross. at the celebration, weichuan n i advised the sec1s on respecting their seniors. u guys, as seniors, haf to show them first b4 they will noe. wad miss teo said is true, w/o the seniors this club would nvr ever be the way it is now, u guys should be thankful, not giving them dis bullshit treatment. u all are role models for e sec1s and i noe too dat i am a role model for u guys. though im not a perfect role model, i swear i would try my best to be one.
u guys need to learn to respect each other. evryday i hear u guys hurling vulgarities at one another like dere's no tmr. w/o respect, dere can nvr be unity. w/o unity, dere would be dis team. when we walk to the podium to receive our gold medal for nationals, we want to see a team dat is willing to be dere for another.
i hope i can see improvement from now on. also, pls mind ur language n be sensitive as u might hurt sum1's feelings w/o noeing it.

2nd ting i wna address:
nats is coming up soon, and other comps like njcis, nusis etc etc. i hope u guys will start to be more serious and not jus keep joking around. sec3s, u guys are seniors now, i hope u guys can look out more for ur juniors and help them in any way possible ( advice for shooting or mentally).take ur trainings more seriously n rmb wad coach tells u. work hard n by uly we can reap e benefits=)
