this duty roster shud haf been posted on emb by now.. by dere are sum glitches so dis is it..
for evry1's info, our chalet is still screwed up cuz my other cmc members like e vice capt n secretary are slacking. just to let u all noe, weichuan is supposed to find out who is bringing the dvds, the xbox, soccer ball etc. so if he doesn't do it, den we might not haf anyting to do=) so u guys might wna ask him to stop sitting on his fat ass n start doing sumting.
n mark is supposed to contact evry1 n find out whether they are going but i haf not heard from him since sat. he's also supposed to do the programme for the chalet which was assigned to him last month. so u guys might also wanna tell him to start doing sumting productive instead on slacking.
in case ur wondering bout the last cmc member, sherman lim, he was supposed to receive the names from mark so dat he can collect the money. but since he did not receive it, he shud not be blamed.

This is the plan for the day:
2 guys (Ryan and Daniel) will be stationed outside the range i.e. below judo
area. We will introduce our club and tell them
about safety precautions. Then, we’ll bring them into the range and teach them how to hold a rifle and also parts of the rifle.
After that, 7 lanes will be allocated to them to shoot. All sec1s will shoot only 2 shots due to time constraints and they will use pistol cards. They will not shoot pistol as its too dangerous. The other 3 lanes will be used for Tian Chong, Wei Chuan and Dominic to shoot and show the sec1s. They will be using lanes 8-10.
make sure dat e transition between groups is smooth.
Things to note:
There are about 25-30 sec1s per group.
Make sure the transition between groups is smooth. ie. There is no human jam.
Make sure the noise level in the range is kept low and the sec1s do not play a fool.
1 person must be stationed outside the range at all times just in case another group arrives before their slot.
People assigned 2nd batch, please take note of the slot when 2 groups are
coming at e same time (groups 2 and 10). The briefing outside range will be as per normal. After that, we’ll stagger the time that the students come into range. 4 lanes will be iven to one group and the other group will take 3 lanes. After those who have finished shooting have left the range, we will invite the others to enter the range.
Please make sure that you arrive half an hour before your allotted slot. Range will be opened by 715.
